These terms apply to the No Contact: Stay Gone website and the Android app. The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s standard EULA through the App Store unless a different license is provided there later.
Agreement to these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using No Contact: Stay Gone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What No Contact: Stay Gone is
No Contact: Stay Gone is a self-guided breakup recovery and no-contact tracking app. It lets you track your streak, record check-ins, log moments when you want to contact your ex, and use an in-app advice feature that is intended to be available by default.
Platform licenses and store terms
If you use the iOS version distributed through the Apple App Store and no custom license is provided there, Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the iOS app. If you use the Android version through Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.
License for the app
Subject to these terms, you may use No Contact: Stay Gone for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices and platforms you lawfully control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where law clearly allows it.
Wellness support only
No Contact: Stay Gone is a wellness and habit-support tool. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, or emergency response. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
In-app advice and automated responses
The app includes an in-app advice experience that is intended to be enabled by default. Advice responses are expected to be generated using OpenAI-powered processing. Automated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation and are provided for general informational support only.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your choices and how you use the information, reminders, insights, and chat responses in the app. The app is intended to support reflection and self-regulation, not to make decisions for you.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app in a way that violates law, infringes others’ rights, interferes with the service, attempts unauthorized access, or uses the app to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of No Contact: Stay Gone at any time. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, or release channel.
Subscriptions and billing
No Contact: Stay Gone may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including weekly and annual plans, and may present discounted annual subscription offers. Billing, free-trial eligibility, renewal timing, and cancellation are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play based on the platform where you subscribe.
Renewals and cancellations
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
User content and data
Information you enter into the app, such as check-ins, wants, names, dates, and chat messages, remains your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to submit what you enter and that it does not violate any law or another person’s rights.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Contact: Stay Gone is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including reliance on support or AI-generated responses.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you misuse the service or if we stop offering it. You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device or browser.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of No Contact: Stay Gone after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
